Winter pruning

In January we start pruning, only by hand to ensure a clean cut and optimum healing: this is the first step for a healthy and long-lived plant.

Vineyard management

Each vineyard has its own rhythm. That is why we only intervene when needed, according to the real needs of the plants.

Green pruning

Three precise steps to select the best bunches and maintain a perfectly balanced low yield. Less quantity, more substance.

Harvesting

We harvest everything we can by machine so that we pick only in the early hours of the morning, keeping the grapes fresh and preserving their aromas.

We make a single cut, just before bottling. It is a different but precise choice, which allows us to maintain the integrity and balance of each wine until the end. We only use French barriques, which soften the tannins, to give depth, elegance and structure.

A composition that maintains fertility over time and ensures excellent oxygenation of the plants. Together with the unique microclimate, the quality of the grapes and advanced processing techniques, this land allows us to obtain wines that are distinguished by their freshness, longevity, ease of drinking and capacity for pairing.

Cabernet Sauvignon
