60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
A trio that knows the value of structure, but loves the lightness of the unexpected.
VINIFICATION
Ferments in concrete vats, temperature controlled, for fifteen days. Just the right amount of time to let each grape tell its own story, unforced, unhurried.
Ageing
90% of the wine rests in second and third passage barriques. The remaining 10% remains in cement, in memory of its original character.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
In the glass it is intense ruby red, but never ostentatious.
The nose leaves its mark with a gentle, deep persistence.
In the mouth it is harmonious, sincere, easy to drink but difficult to forget.
