Shipping and Returns
Shipments of products of “Imperial Bolgheri Azienda Agricola” are made via courier TNT.
A tracking service (tracking) of the package is active. Track your order at this link.
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, both morning and afternoon.
The recipient can not request delivery on specific days or times.
In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, through a label affixed to the home. The delivery will be attempted twice: then, in case of failure, the courier will notify the storage of goods. Stocks that will be released by “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” and made to put back in delivery, unless prior notice by telephone to the customer by the Courier. Imperialebolgheri.com will not be responsible for any malfunction in the delivery service by the courier.
During the order is important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile), to facilitate the resolution of the practice of delivery.
Moreover, it is important to always indicate the last name on the intercom.
In case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for the withdrawal by the receptionist), “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
“Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” will not be held responsible for any delays due to the execution of the transport service by the express courier and do not give the right to withdraw from the purchase (as the right of withdrawal provides that the product has first been received), or to claim damages.
At the time of delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
That the packaging is intact, undamaged, or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, putting a specific indication on the delivery note of the product to be returned to the carrier.
Eventual inherent problems the physical integrity, the correspondence or the completeness of the received products must be signalled within 14 days from the happened delivery, second the modalities previewed in the present document.
The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination and the type of order:
Italy: free shipping for orders over €20.00 – (€10.00 for orders under €20.00)
If you have chosen as a method of payment the “cash on delivery” – there is an extra charge of € 10.00 to be paid directly to the courier on delivery.
An order will be considered sent when Imperiale Bolgheri.com will receive your order proposal electronically and the information relating to the order will have been preliminarily verified as correct.
The proposed order will be stored in our database for the time required to process your order, as required by law.
In addition, a copy of the computer evidence relating to the conclusion of the contract will be kept for the time required by the applicable civil and tax laws.
After your order has been registered by Imperiale Bolgheri.com will be processed within 2 working days.
The delivery of products is within 6 working days from the date of processing the order.
Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by force majeure or in case of holidays.
In case of purchase by credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipment may be caused by the inability to withdraw the amount authorized for payment. If after three working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not yet received the goods, please contact “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the type of problem.
The delivery times indicated by “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” should be considered as indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent shipments fractionated not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery and the request for compensation.
Returns and refunds policy
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Terms and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without giving reasons and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1 above, the customer must send to “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” a notice to that effect, within the time specified, at the following email address email@example.com, or use the appropriate form on the site.
In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the products at our warehouse.
Return for wine is not accepted* while for “Imperial Gadgets” it is possible and always free of charge.
Goods must be returned undamaged, complete of all its parts and in its original packaging, without any sign of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
The right of withdrawal may apply to product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (eg accessories, accessories, etc. …);
For the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment;
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri”, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
In case of damage to the goods during transport, “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” will notify the customer, to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain its reimbursement, the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
With regard to the return of “Imperial Gadgets” the receipt inside the package must be returned together with the return.
“Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or otherwise in dependence of the shipment for the return.
*For the product “Imperfect”, of any vintage: if at the opening you notice a hint of cork, the bottles must be closed again and sent back to the company, which will then verify the problem, and once recognized, will send a new bottle of the same vintage at its own expense.
“Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of D. lgs 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, by transfer of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
In any case, the customer will not incur any costs as a result of this refund, except for the cost of returning € 6.00 for shipments to Italy. “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the time when the customer proves to have properly returned the product, if previous.
In any case, the customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” finds that:
The returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact**;
The product is missing its outer packaging and / or the original inner packaging;
The product is missing elements integral to the same and / or accessories.
**This point does not apply to the Imperfect product in the event that it had a hint of cap.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, “Azienda Agricola Imperiale Bolgheri” will return to sender the product purchased, charging the same shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.
