Vinification:

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled cement vats, with maceration lasting 15 to 20 days, with a combination of pumping over and délestage.

Ageing:

The wine is aged in new French oak barriques for a period of 18 months.

Before being marketed, it is further refined for 8 months in glass..

Sensory Characteristics:

It has an intense, deep and concentrated ruby colour.
The bouquet is elegant and complex with hints of spices and berries. In the mouth it is long and well balanced with round and gentle tannins.
The organoleptic depth together with the polyphenol content ensure great longevity to this wine.
